Who has a right to a trial.

    With the latest killing of a wanted person Gaddafi that I think should have
    been given a trial but was taken alive and then killed and there well be no
    trial.
    Also the was Osama that was killed that could heve been taken alive and went to trial.
    This happens for to many time imo.
    In 1993 Pablo Escobar was killed and it is not a know thing.
    They are bad people but the way I seen Gaddafi being killed today says more to me about other people that take a live prisoner and then shoot him in the head.
    This is wrong imo.
