does anyone know what kinda power outlet this is esb want a reading and there is no reading on the board in the hall any ideas please?? its a day night meter anyway anyone have ideas the landlord is not grreat help like, there is day night with - 2 -4 +2 +4 i think on both what this mean???

your looking for the esb meter

i take it you live in an apartment

the meter is usually located in the entrance lobby along with all the other apartments meters

ur meter should be marked with ur apartment number
