Has anybody had lessons with Bernard Quigley recently and if so would the recommend him. I've a 23 handicap and need work on my poor short game. Any other good golf pros near trim area otherwise. Finally is GUI campus and Carton House a separate entity ?

The academy is a seperate set up to Carton House golf club altough both are on the same grounds as the hotel itself.

    Hi Avud,
Im taking lessons with him at the moment, had my second lesson last night and its all been good so far, they have a great setup out there with a short game area for chipping pitching and seperate putting greens. You know they do short game clinics, you can find dates on there website, i got a deal on one which i took recently and found it beneficial, the instructor was Kenny Fahey and found him spot on as well, tbh I would be happy taking lessons with Kenny as well.
    Hope this helps.

I've had a few lessons with Bernard and can't recommend him enough. I was off 23 when I started getting lessons too. Excellent teacher.
