Ok so this is a new co-op Tower-Defense / RPG loot gathering hybrid that was out on iOS thats just out today on Steam and XBLA (PSN is meant to be up, havent seen it yet) for about €11.

    http://dungeondefenders.com/

Played a few matches and its a very well made game, 4 unique characters each with their own distinct towers and playstyle. There are 13 maps as part of the campaign but the amount of side missions is staggering, ranging from combat free Strategy modes to teleporting crystal (the Home you have to defend) to pure all out melee fights.

Just posted this up so people could find players on their platform. im playing as Danteire on Steam.

Watched those earlier, actually a very good rundown of the game.

Been having problems when logging into "Trendynet", their online database for characters and such. Keep dropping mid game, finding it hard to even finish one. But since their site seems to be having the same problem, I think its just launch day overload.

Also seen how good teamwork is vital, had 1 Huntress dropping dozens of traps around the main door, leaving no Build Points for anyone else to defend the waves of Orcs coming in the sides. We were quickly mopped up, game is difficult even on Medium if your not playing well, would dread to see the Insane difficulty.

Yeah the DC's are awfully annoying especially when your on your last wave. Other then that it's a great little game for a tenner.

Enjoying this allot, the DC's were so annoying yesterday but I haven't had one today at all. Played through 4 or 5 games and was real smooth. Trying to decide what character to level first too 70.

Also the monk and squire are probably the best combo team out there. Drop some barriers from squire and add aura's from the monk and you basically win as long as you keep em repaired.

There was a patch yesterday that sorted out some of the DC's

Was playing as a Squire with 3 Apprentices, build 3 Bouncing Barricades on the choke points with an army of Magic Missiles behind each demolishes anything :D

Until the boss showed up and tore us a new one :(

Surprised there isn't more talk about this. A fantastic sleeper game! Has blown me away. Some great moments and the boss fight on level 4 is just epic.
