THe most common injury is people spraining their ankle on the way down. Make sure everyone is wearing walking boots, not trainers as they give better ankle support. Bring a decent first aid kit, a bivi/survival bag, a spare set of warm clothes and plenty of hats and gloves. Also bring a fuly charged phone. Just make sure everyone takes it easy and chooses their steps carefully on the way down and nothing will go wrong. Avoid cotton clothing, no jeans, fleeces and thermals are the way to go.

As in Mickeroo - talk ti Mountain Rescue and local Knights of Malta. Good luck
