    I would really appreciate some help as I am cracking up here. I installed blackvpn today hoping to watch some tv on line. I can see the internet access in there - it says "blackvpn connected". I am literally going round in circles though trying to find out what to do next. I would be very grateful is someone could help me out with this. I am running windows 7. I installed the openvpn too. Think I need a drink

    Is your antivirus or firewall blocking it? It's very easy to allow a program to bypass it in Win 7.

    Hi thanks so much for your prompt reply. I followed that link and was able to add openvpn to the list. Blackvpn was not on the list?! (Although it does say in the bottom right hand corner of my screen blackvpn EU connected. Does that make any sense to you?

    Hi don't know it this would make sense either, but I have just tried to connect on my iphone (instructions are very simple) but I am getting the following message when trying to connect "VPN Connection - The server is unreachable. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues verify your settings & contact your administrator). I still have green lights on the bottom right hand corner of my screen saying its connected.
