Yes it could - my last car had a small hole that allowed the pressure to decrease causing the needle to head in the wrong direction. There was no overheating though.

car starting fine, heats up for few min, when temperature get in normal working temperature... - 5 -7 min idling, it start slowly rise up till red (15 min), then i switch off an engine.

Bit background.... just replaced engine in nissan micra - k11, 1997, 1.0 engine, thermostat working fine, (checked), waterpump not loose or doing weird sound, while thermostat housing was open, i took off waterpump belt, and were spinning it with hand, and some coolant start run out, so i presume waterpump ok.,.
than i put everything back, and start an engine. when revving , i noticed, that hose, which goes from waterpump in to throttle box, leaks. ... i were thinking, that lack of pressure causing water not proper circulation, and causing overheat.

With my issue, there was steam coming from the opening when the car was sitting for over a minute, it wasn't just a slight leak (although I didn't lose that much coolant). What is your leak like?

It does not running out it self, just when revving, it start run out ... small hole (another sign of working water pump).

also when it hot near red, radiator botom hose not hot.. rad just about warm, reason why rad fan not kicks in.
No any changes in to oil level ... (excluding water leak in to oil through headgasket) .

Have you an airlock in the engine block somewhere?

Start and run the engine, and while the bottom rad hose is still cool to touch squeeze it along its length a good few times, and same with the top pipe. It'll help squeeze any airlocks out up to the header tank. Worth a try.

Thanks for advice, do you know , rad cap has to be open ? i presume yes, to run out excess of air.

somebody said need take off top hose from heater matrix, to get air off there ... wait until start run out.

No. Leave the cap on the header tank or top of the rad open and you will hear the air bubbling out when you're squeezing if there's any air in it, you'll hear it coming out.

Done some investigation today.... appears to be heating matrix blocked.... tried blow air through .. .couldnt., then i connected pipes directly, and water seems to be coming in rad.. it became hot.... but bloody fan didnt kick in.... fan itself working fine... connected directly from battery, no sensor in rad.
