Buying a cheap car w/o tax or nct?

    Hi! It's me again. :D

    So with the comfort of my previous thread, i've started to look for a cheap car. And i mean cheap. Around 500 euros-ish.

    With this in mind i expect dents and what not, but i also come across a lot of non taxed non nct'd cars.

    Non taxed doesn't worry me that much, since i only pay tax from when i buy it, right?

    It's the no nct i'm worried about. And i trust "Tax and Nct expired but would pass." as i believe in.. something else i don't believe in.. :P
    I know this could rack up way beyond money i don't have.

    So i've been looking at punto's since these seem to flood the market.

    Am i going about this the wrong way?

    You can't expect tax at this level of Bangernomics. More than 3 months of NCT is a luxury too. It really depends on what kind of car you're looking for.
