Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of a simple diet plan with healthy food and times to eat that doesnt consist of weird stuff?

Most plans I have found just go on about high protein this and low fat that but I dont know what I should be eating. Yes I know its the height of laziness but thats where I am at the moment.

Anyone have a plan along the lines of.
    8am - porridge

1pm - spuds, carrots and liver

5pm - biscuit and cup of tea

You know just regular non fancy food that is healthy for ya and regular eating times. I dont want to be looking for pomegranates and kumquats to have with my dried wasps eye at half past the time my blood sugar decreases or anything.

    Check this Sticky

Your diet at the moment is woefully inadequate but I'm sure you realise that.

Well that was just a template to give people an idea of how basic of a plan I'm looking for.

Its not what I'm eating at the moment.....I dont eat breakfast, liver or drink tea. And been some time since I've seen a carrot on my plate :o
