    1) Pawn Stars
At the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop on the outskirts of Las Vegas, three generations of the Harrison family--grandfather Richard, son Rick and grandson Corey--jointly run the family business, and there's clashing and camaraderie every step of the way. The three men use their sharp eyes and skills to assess the value of items from the commonplace to the truly historic, including a 16th-century samurai sword, a Super Bowl ring, a Picasso painting and a 17th-century stay of execution. It's up to them to determine what's real and what's fake, as they reveal the often surprising answer to the questions on everyone's mind, "What's the story behind it"? and "What's it worth?"

    2)Storage Wars

Set in America again. Loads of buyers are shown some of those storage sheds that they have over there that the rent hasn't been paid on so the Owner auctions off whatever is in them.

The buyers only get to look in the door so they're kind of bidding blind.

Pawn Stars is very good, I'd say anyone would watch it, Storage Wars could be all set up, probably is.

    Both are on ina bit.

    Storage Wars at 8,
    Pawn Stars at 9.

Love Pawn Stars and have recently started watching Storage Wars which is really good too. I'd love to punch that Dave fella at times though :D
Also American Restoration is very good, it's on on a Monday night too.

The History Channel really needs to change it's name...

Really enjoyed Pawn Stars too until I watched a behind the scenes thing on it...lets just say it smashes the whole illusion of what really happens in that store. Its like TV producers go out of their way to create totally contrived and bogus situations with the 'customers'. Yea, I know its how tv generally works, nothing ever goes unedited. But the extent to which it happens on this show is unreal. :(

The Pick, The Pawn, & The Polish
In this special American Pickers/American Restoration/Pawn Stars crossover episode, Mike and Frank are in Arizona when Danielle calls about a high profile client with a tough deadline: Pawn Stars' Rick Harrison wants a particular model of a 1957 Chevy for his dad and gives the guys a one week deadline to find the rare car. After some dead ends, Mike and Frank finally find a car in need of considerable restoration. They arrange to meet Rick at Rick Dale's (American Restoration) shop where both Ricks can see the car and they haggle over the price. Can these tough negotiators agree on a deal?

is on the History Channel on the 19th DEC.
