Holiday Carry Over

    Hi,

    Can anyone help with a query re holiday carry over from one calendar year to the next?

    Is there a maximum a company can allow an employee carry over - I'm thinking Health & Safety may have something to say.

    I sent an email to the H&SA about six weeks ago, but didn't get an answer.

    If possible I'd like a source if there is a limit - Not asking much I know :)

    Hi - Got a brain wave and phoned NERA. They said there's no limit, but any carried over holidays must be taken within 6 months.
