Can you use this socket for electric toothbrushes?

I charge my toothbrush with a similar one...

I think those sockets have a 1:1 trafo in them to electrically isolate the appliance from mains...but no reason you can't use a toothbrush in them

Toothbrush'll be abs fine, a lot of them come with a 2-pin plug for use in a shaver socket.

The problem with those outlets arises when the overseas language student plugs her hair dryer / GHD in. I saw one go up in smoke because it was overloaded!
