Southeast Radio log in message

Not sure if this is the right forum, Was listening to Southeast radio for a couple of days through vlc player and no problems but tonight while I was listening it went dead. When I open 'listen live' a message says download complete and then vlc opens and away ya go but now I keep getting this message!

Not sure if this is the right forum,

I got that on a different website during the week. I think it is most likely to happen when they are updating their site. All was Ok after an hour for me and that website.
