    Hi,

A quick query someone may be able to help me with, I work in a gym facility, I'm wondering how many years we need to keep health screening forms before we can shred them or where I can get that type of information? I've tried looking up all the guidelines but none seem to have an exact number of years? I do remember hearing once that it was 7 years? Thats a lot of forms to sotre!!

    Thanks in advance!

    Go digital?

I suppose it would come down to why you were keeping them.

Have you contacted the HSE, they should be able to tell you about any guidelines relating to health.

You might have to wait a day or two before someone gets back to you, but at least you'll have a definitive answer.
