That one movie you've never seen that genuinely shocks people

We surely all have one or two films that we probably should have seen but for whatever reason(s), have not.

I, for one, have never seen any of The Godfather Movies. Friends of mine are usually suprised to hear this and some even reckon its some form of cinematic blasphemy! I get all the major references like ''Make him an offer he can't refuse'' and the horse head in the bed etc. Do I need to see this trilogy?

Anyway, what is the one movie that has eluded you and possibly shouldn't have?

I haven't seen Avatar, which seems to shock some people. It looks like a pile of w*nk, so I can't really understand why everyone else went to see it.

Pulp fiction, I don't understand people who haven't seen it.

Back To The Future and Indiana Jones. At least not entirely anyway. I've seen parts of the movies, but i've never sat down and watched all the films from start to finish.

Thought the 3D version was worth seeing for the special fx on the big screen but tried watching it again on DVD and you are right, its a load of w***

I watched The Godfather part 1... it was ok. The second one I fell asleep, so I don't think I ever will watch them.

I haven't seen Scarface neither. These are usually the ones that people pick up on, but it's usually these people that have Celtic jerseys and Sinn Fein tattoos on their fingers that think you "must" see these movies.

The Lion King is out NOW in a cinema near you... only this time in 3D. A great kids classic IMO. Toy Story and Toy Story 3 are probably among the best ever animated movies, not to feature casual Disney racism that is!

Star Wars. The strange thing is I understand most references to the film >_>

Terry Gilliams 'Brazil'. Now I know it's a good film. Anything I've ever heard about it says it's a good film and I'm sure I'd enjoy it but somehow I've never managed to engage with it. It gets repeated a fair bit on TV but it's a long film and it's always on late and.......ah fcuk it I'm sorry ok?

Good film alright but......and I'm going to be lynched for this.......it's overly long and a bit sentimental, not the best film ever made as some claim...........
