I've been using Fatcheese for over a year now and it was brilliant. But recently, I've spent €100s (in separate orders) on mandmdirect on fatcheese and haven't got anything in return. I'd say some of these orders are from 2 months ago now, so I've no idea what's going on. I message Fatcheese, left a ticket etc etc and…

Yeah I have nearly €100 owed to me from Fatcheese from cash back and one for all vouchers, goin back since end of 2012 I don't use them anymore, there customer service is non existent!

Total joke of a place ;(
