    I've been using Fatcheese for over a year now and it was brilliant.

    But recently, I've spent €100s (in separate orders) on mandmdirect on fatcheese and haven't got anything in return. I'd say some of these orders are from 2 months ago now, so I've no idea what's going on. I message Fatcheese, left a ticket etc etc and havent heard anything back.

    As well as this, I used just-eat too and haven't got any cashback.

    I noticed someone mentioning Fatcheese getting bad recently, so maybe they are going bust :/ ?

    Anyone else having the same troubles ?

    I started using them several months ago and managed to get 20Euro cashback from an online Meteor phone purchase through the site. Over the past 6 weeks or so I've made a lot of online purchases from merchants listed on their site (MandMdirect, Play, Zavvi etc) and most of the cashback amounts earned from these transactions are still just sitting there with the status of "pending" even though the payment date has passed. A few transactions have even been missed with no record being made on my account. I've opened tickets for these and so far the silence is deafening.

    Like all things in life, if something appears too good to be true, it usually is.

    2 orders from mandmdirect , untracked after a week now

    some sites dont seem to be givin the cashback anymore, its fatcheese s fault really that they dont update the lists of supported sellers

    i m still waiting for cashback from hotels.com from may, it still says following stay, i lost hope at this stage..

    Just had a quick look at their Facebook page. The whole subject of untracked transactions and claims seems to have prompted a bit of a back and forth on a few of their posts. They have redrafted and reiterated their claims procedure but it boils down to the fact that an individual will simply have to wait an unspecified amount of time before their claim is even reviewed (the catch all term of "several weeks" is mentioned a few times).

    The way they phrase it, I have an image in my mind of a single, stressed-out, underpaid individual, trawling through hundreds, nay thousands of daily online transactions in a dank , dimly lit office , doing their absolute best for you to try and resolve your claim.................it takes time goddammit!!!!;)

    In this day and age of information technology, connectivity, high speed broadband and ubiquitous personal devices designed with the sole purpose of getting people online, you'd think they'd have their s**t together and get this stuff sorted in a few days.

    i have the same problem, there was no problem to get cashback before august but nothing has come up since september, even within the same shop. everything due from september is still pending.

    I bought a laptop from Komplett costing €750 back in June and still no credit for it, opened ticket in August and was told that the retailer has to manually go through each transaction, found Komplett to be a total nightmare to deal with in the first place and cant see them doing this. Have had no response to my reopened ticket, just how long is several weeks is 5 months several weeks ........Anyone had any luck with their claims.

    i did read somewhere on their website that they have added a line saying that cashback is never guaranteed and shouldn't be the deciding factor for making a purchase

    i found them quite poor recently, very few purchases showing up, pending cashback from hotels.com since may.

    i signed up on topcashback uk and its amazing how fast they pay up. bare in mind you need a bank occount in the uk for getting the money out

    I've the same problems with FatCheese. Transactions not tracking, etc. I did get some hotels.com payments just before Christmas which were overdue since May, but I've loads of transactions outstanding.

    The most frustrating aspect is the total lack of communication.

    I received this Response from Komplett in relation to cashback offer ....... "Hi all - I can confirm that we are not a part of any cashback offer from any external company.

    We are going to investigate and get any claims of such removed from these websites.

    In the meantime, our apologies to anyone who has signed up to such a non-existant deal from a third party".

    Contacted Fatcheese with this response through my ticket and like bardcom .... no response from them. Komplett is no longer listed as a retailer but was when i ordered .... so does this mean Fatcheese are just listing retailers who are not participating.

    Tbh not really using Fatcheese any more not gonna hold my breath on getting cash back on any of my pending transactions with estimated award dates from Sept last. Would be interested to know if anyone has a more reliable alternative to Fatcheese as it was good when it worked.

    Interesting. This might explain why it takes nigh on forever for claims to be investigated via Fatcheese's website. I've made purchases back in August from the mandmdirect.ie website and none showed up on my account. I opened several claims as per the outlined procedure listed on the site. These claims are have only switched from "pending" to "investigating" in the past week. I wonder if the cashback arrangement with this site has also been terminated and the whole "investigating" status is just another time wasting ruse.

    Anyway, as already stated, it was good while it lasted but it looks like it is no more.

    Im having problems with M and M as well.

    Everything else has come through, even Superquinn movies.

    I've had about €180 back so far from them, including all the free money offers for trials.

    Fatcheese not awarding cash back - asked for withdrawal to paypal account. Still sitting as pending a week later - and true to form Fatcheese not aswering open Tickets to the above query.

    Their customer service is non-existent!!!
    Anyone having problems getting actual cash out of them?

    Similar situation. After months of no cashback payments (many of them well past the 90 day tracking spiel) there was a flurry of payments last month. Requested a transfer to my bank account on the 21st of Feb. Still showing up as pending (despite bank transfers being scheduled to happen every couple of weeks). No response from customer service, no response to open tickets. No response period.

    I requested a bank transfer a few seconds ago and sellected the fast option for 25 cent, will let you know how long it takes

    I know someone that ordered amazon vouchers and took them weeks, they only got them last week

    Looks like Fatcheese are trying to get their act together (again). After receiving two emails from the founder (an apology and an update). A bank transfer that was pending since late Feb. finally came through. I've also had a bunch of cashback payments processed. One interesting development is that they now offer Amazon Gift vouchers as an option to receive your cashback. I've selected this as I do a lot of online shopping with Amazon. It'll be interesting to see if this option goes smoothly.

    Sorry to drag up an old thread but wondering if you guys got your money after? I was waiting over a year and a half and I had registered so many tickets and complaints with no response that I eventually just gave up. Then it popped into my head about 6 weeks ago so I logged in to see that my money was ready, I chose to be paid through PayPal and 6 weeks later still nothing!
    I tried logging into fatcheese today and now it won't even let me log in saying that I don't even have a membership with them!

    Strange you can't login at all, I assume you tried the forgot password?

    My last payment in march even that I selected the express bank tranfer option, it took 6 weeks to be paid to my account, I see some money was awarded to my account on the 10th Oct so they must be working (very slow).

    Ok that's good to know thanks. Yeah I tried the forgot my password option just in case but then it just told me I had no account with them, even though I still have the original welcome email from them when I originally joined so I'm definitely using the right email address.

    yeah there useless to deal with, i had over 60euro built up,transfered it to my bank a nearly a year ago, never went in, sent numerous emails with no reply! given up.

    My cashback was due in March 2013, from an order I put through with Sky. I have NOT got my cashback and have submitted eight tickets and Fatcheese have not bothered to respond to any of them. I rang Sky and they said your issue is with Fatcheese! Im furious. My next step is to go to the Irish Independent, Joe Duffy and the Ombudsman!

    Fatcheese are useless in everyway! I cashed in my savings and ordered a one for all voucher that is suppose to take 2 weeks. That was in December and I never received it. It was for €47 I emailed them bit got no reply. I wouldn't use them anymore as it's no point caus never get the saving anyway

    Also have a withdrawal pending for 2months, and nothing.
    This is a joke of a site, fraudulent to say the least. No customer service or answer to any queries. Should be blacklisted. Use quidco or TCB.

    Yeah I have nearly €100 owed to me from Fatcheese from cash back and one for all vouchers, goin back since end of 2012 :( I don't use them anymore, there customer service is non existent!
