Rehearsal Space Wanted(Dublin City Centre)

Hey,

5 piece band looking for a rehearsal space in Dublin City Centre.

Looking for somewhere as central as possible that we can rent on a monthly basis or whatever.

Preferably somewhere we can leave our gear set up but we would consider somewhere with a seperate lock up space either.

Parking would be an added bonus but not essential.

If anyone knows of anywhere or has any suggestions we'd appreciate it.

A previous band I was in, used "Volt" studios. It is about fifteen minutes walk from "The Five Lamps" and is just off the Nth Strand, on Ossory Road. We found it very good. It is very secure, you have 24/7 access, leave your gear set up, and free parking. Here is a link. Their location details are vague. If you want directions P.M. me.

hey i have a space in the city center in the room my band use !! its in temple bar you can leave your gear set up ! no parking though if you want to get a look or more info give us a shout

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Yeh Volt looks great and I'd say it's a cool place to rehearse but unfortunately it's just not very conveniently located for us. But we're keeping it in mind:D

Would like to share this room with some one.Rehearsal room behind shopping centre in Templeogue (map available by request - will also have photos to email ASAP)

- Plenty of free parking
- Genuine 24 hour access
- PA & some starter Marshall amps lying about plus bass amp
- Toilet
- Kettle etc
- Storage and seating
- Alarm and lockup
- Nice ambience and nice looking room (pics to follow or can be
emailed), worth seeing
- On bus route but probably suits bands with own transport

What you get and for how much:
- You get at least 2 days and nights per week. I say at least cuz
they’re tends to be more residual time available depending on who’s doing what which we organise on the fly

- Sharing with one other band and one other musician.
- Everyone’s cool, laid back and it’s a great room, been playing there for years

What we expect:
- A 6 month commitment if possible (negotiable)
- Trustworthiness and maximum respect for the room and what’s in it. Goes without saying. That’s includes smoking, drinking and litter etc. Pigs need not apply! There’s an alley the door back on to that can adequately facilitate all of this  (provided you clean up) Nice in summer too.
