Pump out oil from oil tank

Figured this was plumbing or DIY. I'll try it here though. Just got a fill of oil a month ago. Now we've put a few bids on a house. If we move, I'm taking the oil with me, as landlord isn't going to be paying me for the contents. Can I construct or buy a pump that will do this for me, take the oil out and fill drums?

If your tank is raised off the ground you could drain it thru' the outlet on the tank.
Those yokes above rely on syphonic action to work.
You can get a little pump that you attach to an elecric drill for a few euro which will do the job.

You cant use them drill attachments on flammable liquids.
