Form 11 Joint Assessment Question

I am a PAYE worker and also have a small online business. I am married and we are jointly assessed for taxation. I am currently in the middle of trying to fill out a Form 11 on the ROS system.
My question is that it appears that the revenue are trying to charge me an income levy (2%) on my PAYE salary and also my spouses PAYE salary. Is this correct? I have checked my PAYE payslips for 2010 and I have already paid an income levy. Why are they double charging me. I'm pretty sure I have the form filled out correctly.
    Can anyone please help?

You should have been charged income levy on your salary at source from your employer.

Enter the figures from your income levy certificate into your form 11 and it should contra out the income levy the ROS system is charging you.

Ros will show the total income levy due for the year, and below that calculation will show (and deduct) the income levy already paid....
