I bought a Touch earlier today and just updated the software to iOS5. I went to download the Facebook app (which is free) but it won't let me until I enter credit card information on my account. This never happened before with my previous iPhone. What's going on? Do I need to have a cc registered on my iTunes account now to download any apps whether they be free or not?

Easy, go to download a free app first, when creating an apple Id from that point you'll see an option for 'none' as payment type
