Retreat house/yoga/wellbeing recovery ideas

Hi everyone, and all helpful people :)
I am getting desperate for some ideas, or better still recommendations, on somewhere to go for a few days rest. I am trying to recover from a very difficult relationship and need some mindfulness, yoga, healthy eating, spiritual experiences. I'm a recreational runner, enjoy mountain trekking and love walking for miles and miles, so an adventure centre experience might work for me too..... I don't mind a religious aspect either....
The thing is, when I do those internet searches, the mind boggles. I am not that interested in the hotel spa type weekend - it just doesn't do it for me. THe Chrysalis Centre is not re-opening for a few months, and the west of Ireland is just too far to go for a weekend. I am based in the south east, have a few bob to spend on myself and I don't mind joining a group for a trip.
I would like to go asap.
Am I looking for too much? Has anyone a brainwave?
I appreciate any of your thoughts.
    Thanks :)
    Paud

You could go down to White's Hotel in Wexford for a weekend and use their HP gym and cryotheraphy centre for a few sessions, I'm sure there's trail running opportunities around there.

Perhaps something a little different to what you were considering but it's all I got!

I love this place, not sure it's quite what you're looking for though.

Thanks so much for your feedback Hanley and dotcomdolly, not quite what I want..... I really don't want a hotel room, and Gorse Hill whilst very pretty is a bit too far out for my taste.
Any ideas anyone - why is it so hard to find something so simple!
    :)

This has to be my favourite place on the planet, and dammit I have never told anyone about it, but it is set out in the wilds of Connemara, Clifden to be precise.

GO for it you won't regret it. Perfect peace and not hotel-ly!!
Fab brekkies and hours of walking on your doorstep.

Let me know how you get on when you are back!!

Thanks Victoria, I know Monart. I think banshee bones and Groom's ideas might be closer to what I'm after! Keep the ideas coming! I really appreciate them . . . . . .
It's looking like a trip westwards!
