The OP's pic was this:

It looks similar to Sam Russell's STB but seems to have a Micro USB so you can't slot a normal USB key into it and record from it. That's assuming it's even suitable for here.

It should have a HDMI cable connector. If it does not, it will not be HD. Don't touch it if it has not. Even if it does, it may not work.
