How do I sync my hotmail email account with my ipad2?

    I am trying to sync my hotmail email with my ipad2.
    Does anyone know how to do this?
    At the moment I am deleting all my messages twice.

    Hotmail is very antiquated and doesn't support IMAP. POP3 only. So you can't sync messages across multiple devices. I'd recommend ditching Hotmail altogether and using Gmail or iCloud instead.

    That is a shame.
    I had looked on a few other forums , and it looked possible, although I couldn't decipher the tech language.
    But thanks Professor, I need search no longer.
