I attended a Higher Cert Course from 2005-2007 and failed one subject.
I then paid €250 to repeat that subject in 07-08.
I did not attend and did not recieve the Higher Cert.

I am now in 3rd year of a ord. degree course.
I never recieved any grant before.
I am wondering if I will be eligable for the grant this year because I have progressed?

    Thanks for any info
