Lost all apps upgrading to IOS 5 and now being charged again for them.

    I lost all my apps on the upgrade to IOS 5 on an IPhone 4. I am using the same Apple ID and credit card again I have now been charged to retrieve my apps sgain.,. Who do I contact over this? I would have over €100 worth of stuff.

    You should just be able to sync them from itunes on your computer. Don't try and re-download them from the app store on the phone.

    If they are missing from itunes, then put a ticket in with apple through itunes. (Can't remember how to do this exactly, but had to do it once after being charged twice for a movie.)

    How did you lose all your apps? Did you not restore from backup in iTunes? And are sure you are being charged for them again? I don't see how that's possible if you are using the same Apple ID.

    Everything was backed up on Itunes but for some reason disappeared when I downloaded IOS5. When my previous phone was swiped I downloaded all my previously purchased apps on my new phone from looking at my email receipts. Each App that I purchased came up as flagged telling me that it was previously purchased. Not this time.

    It doesn't do that anymore. It remembers that you've purchased the app and the button says "install" instead of a price.

    Open the App Store and tap on the Purchases tab at the bottom. Are all your previously purchased apps listed?
