Anybody been to vegas

Has anybody been to las vegas and is it any good at all ,is it any use or is it full of cheap hookers and weddings , heard theres 24 hour drinkin there

Go a few times most years for work. Stay on for the weekends when I go. It's good craic but I couldn't stay more than 3 days taking in the clubs and casinos. It's great to experience it at night and see all the landmarks you've most likely seen on tv. Even experiencing the heat if you haven't before is pretty cool. It's also a good base for the grand canyon and Hoover dam.

As for the hookers that's more so downtown but you do find them on the strip late at night. It's like they get bused in.

Been there 5 days and spend the best part of 2 grand. I spend nearly the same in 2 months in Thailand and it was far more enjoyable.

I was in the office yesterday having a full on day too, and I get a call at about 11.15am from a mate. The bollix rang me from Vegas, saying that he was surrounded by the most ridiculous amount of clunge he has ever seen. I didn't get much done after that call.

OP go, and bring some old stuff, if its from Moneygall, Ballyporeen and the likes.. better.. then go to www.gspawn.com/ (the shop not the website obviously) might make your money back...

Yeah been there once, had a ball. Midnight helicopter trip over strip was amazing!For me its a once only place.

Went there couple of years ago with friends. If you don't gamble then it is very cheap. The show that the casinos put on are great. We saw cirque du soleil's Ka and by jaw dropped. Would recommend going just to see it. Vegas itself is very cheesy though. Think a really big Bundoran.
