Mtb approaching 1st birthday where to grease??

Ok my mtb is approaching its first birthday , i keep it well cleaned, and i keep the chain/ sprockets periodically degreased and relubed . Have recently noticed a slight ticking from somwhere near the front wheel of the bike , it not constant its intermittent with no regular pattern whatsoever , im just wondering is there…

Ok my mtb is approaching its first birthday , i keep it well cleaned, and i keep the chain/ sprockets periodically degreased and relubed .

Have recently noticed a slight ticking from somwhere near the front wheel of the bike , it not constant its intermittent with no regular pattern whatsoever , im just wondering is there parts of the bike that you should regularily take off and put a bit of grease on ??

Such as front quick release wheel should i be greasing this periodically etc??
