I have a 2nd interview coming up as the title says for a US company in the IFSC. The first interview was mainly technical questions, from what i hear from the guy (who works on the team) who referred me the second interview will be mainly about how well I would fit into the team and organisation.

Not sure how to prepare for this, would appreciate some advice.

You'll need to know the format of the interview so ask them what to expect.

For instance if it is a competency based interview then you need to have concrete examples of how you work in collaboration with cross functional teams, how you influenced change using soft skills, how you're going to fit in to the culture there, etc.

If you ring up and ask they should tell you the format of what to expect, say you are doing prep for it and would like to find out this info to help in that.

Be careful of going any further than this question though, it's a thin line so tread carefully.

Tell them how much you like booze+hookers+coke. This will decide you well you fit in.
