DCUFM -Mental Health Awareness Show

    Hey guys!

    Every Friday at 5pm there will be a show going out on DCU FM concerning promoting the awareness of mental health issues among students, different supports available and advice from professionals.

    Also there will be anonymous stories of people who have suffered through such illnesses and come out the other side.

    This post is basically for anyone who would like to be involved in the show to drop me a pm!

    If anyone has a story to tell about problems they themselves have gone through please also get in contact.

    The show will concentrate on issues such as depression, self harm, eating disorders, etc.

    Kaleidoscope! Promoting mental health awareness among students this radio show is not to be missed. First airing is tomorrow (Friday 5pm). This week it will focus around anxiety, simply log on to dcufm.com and listen in live. Great guests lined up for the evening!
