Opinions on Shuttle XG41

I am looking to shrink my current htpc set up, an Antec fusion case with a q6600 processor and dedicated passive video card. I came across the Shuttle XG41 and thought it would fit the bill.
There are two things that are concerning me,
Firstly noise passive cooling of the CPU is not an option.

Secondly, the Integrated graphics are based on the GMA X4500 from intel and is is quite old now.

I have a nas and like to watch 1080 content on my tv so I am looking for something that can handle files up to about 8 gigs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

I would go with a newer platform if noise is an issue. What would you put in the shuttle, something like an old E8400? I imagine that would generate a decent bit of heat in such a small case and run the fans fairly hard.

Thanks for the reply, I think you are right. My concerns about noise and graphics ability seem to be pushing me away from the shuttle product.

I spotted a zotac nano that looks pretty good, I just can't find one with the new amd e-450 chip in it. It was announced about 6 weeks ago but I have yet to see any for sale online.

    Thanks again
