Help needed

Hi,This is probably in the wrong section but it was the most suitable one i could see,i bought one of these for halloween http://www.thecostumeshop.ie/costumes/skinz-double-zip-body-suit.html. Now what i would like to do is make it look like this i had originally thought of gettin white material and sewing all the bits on needed but thats turning out to be a bit harder than i though.Does anybody know of a paint or liquid that could be applies to it,its 95 percent polyester and 5 percent spandex,,any help would be great thanks
