    Hi,

"October 17th is the start of Bright Eyes week. This year our theme is “Bright Eyes for a better future. Research has shown that up to 25% of children in school will have vision problems which can lead to learning problems and behavioural difficulties."

The above is a quotation from the Association of Optometrists of Ireland website www.optometrists.ie. Would anyome know is this eyetest being provided free of charge or if there is a fee involved. If there is a fee, would anyone have any idea what that would be. I can't see any mention of it on their website.

    Thanks guys

    DC

I think a lot of places are offering free children's eye screening. Not all though so you'll need to check first.
If you see the poster in the window or if your local Optom is promoting it I would expect that it'll be free.
It's a great opportunity to get all the kids checked.
