As breakfasts go how would the educated amongst you rate a bowl of all-bran and half a banana with low-fat milk?

I've grown a little bored of porridge lately...

All bran has quite a bit of added sugar, many might guess it has none.
    Ingredients

Wheat Bran (87%), Sugar, Barley Malt Flavouring, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.

It is 18% sugar, some of that would be naturally occuring in the wheat bran. Porridge oats would be cheap and with no added sugar, or you can just by odlums wheat bran on its own if you really want all that fibre.

Bananas are ~22% sugar already, so you should have enough sweetness. No need to cook the porridge oats, just add your cold milk.
