    How does one go about getting started on all this. TBH i have read up on it, but its all very broad. I have come to the realisation as of last week I need to fitten myself up, after a long period away from sports, I vomited mid training when I went back to rugby, have lost all stamina, and weakened a fair bit. I had never done specific training as I always had a few sports on the go, now I am in full time work and need to focus. My diet I understand needs to work with my training... so any links to sites that may set me straight as to how to tailor a diet/fitness plan for me?
