And so it would seem the shoe is on the other foot for a week ;)

    El D,

    1) Teaching ? the perfect profession for triathletes ? How many hours of sleep a day do you get during the summer months ? Answer will be marked out of 10 ;)

    2) What tri in Ireland would you love to win?

    3) Platinum target HIM splits ? and ideal race to get them at ?

    4) Favourite distance sprint or oly ? discuss.

    5) What piece of kit (other than toggs, bike and runners) could you not do without ?

    6) Do you train for fun, to race or a bit of both ?

Bringing back to life something that was done a few years ago and it went down well.

Basically an ARTist is nominated for a weeks interrogation. From Wednesday to Wednesday a particular poster is quized about all aspects of their training and racing (and other areas if needs be ) Once the week is up the person who was in the spotlight nominates the next person to be in the spotlight.

    other rounds of this :

    Who is your nemesis?

If you were Mod for a day and nobody had a veto on your decisions, what changes would you make to this place?

Money not an issue - what bike?

What is your current most satifying PB?

    Class clown or teacher's pet?

What is the typical menu for diet on any given sunday?

How would your mother describe you? :D

Based on this Id imagine the answer may very well be - discussing training on boards.ie on the laptop. ;)

Oh, I'm not El D's OH but I have met her and she is wonderful :)
It's just no matter how supportive you try to be there is always something that is a bit annoying...like a 4hr bike on a Saturday morning when you're away for the weekend

O god, was hoping I wouldn't have to do this :o time is a little tight these days but here goes....

    1) Teaching the perfect profession for triathletes? This is an easy one - no, being a pro triathlete would be the best profession ;) Being a teacher would have to be second though. TBH I train twice a day already during the week and I couldn't really fit in much more during the summer. But it does help as I can get in active recovery sessions and core work. Sleeping, not as much as you'd think. I find day snoozing can be dangerous if you sleep more than 30 mins, it leaves you a bit jaded for the day and lazy. In saying that...I usually do get 20 min most days on the couch ;) Funny enough I still get up very early even during the summer.

    2) Has to be Kilkee. One of, if not the, oldest running one in Ireland. Well run, great support and after party ;) It's also one of the toughest, I'd love my name on that cup forever.

    3) Mmmm...never thought about this one but here goes.... Swim: 28 mins; Bike: 2:25; Run 1:25; So 4:22 (incl 4 min trans) in Switzerland 70.3 perhaps

    4) Sprint. I love the hurt of that distance. Being constantly on the red line and then going into the red for the second half of the run to the end. Just love the all out stuff.

    5) I'd nearly say my new wetsuit....but sure it has to be my Forerunner 305. Both of which my OH got me  Unfortunatley it looks as if I will have to go without! The 'enter' button is gone and although the rest of the unit works fine it would cost 120 + to fix.

    So......910 - my new "can't do without" perhaps?? :o

    6) I train to race. I race for fun :) Love racing but lately I have gotten more hungry for success so I'm moving more towards results than I ever did before but I cannot lose the fun because if I do it's over. I don't see that happening as I love race day so much. I love the getting up at a ricdiculous hour to have breakie, see the sun come up and the whole ritual I go through. I am a very level type of person when it comes to mood - never on too big a high or too low a low, so therefore when I have or if I fail again I won't let it get me down so long as I give it everything on the day. I think this attitude will ensure I enjoy doing tri's for fun for a long time to come :) Good question.

Edit: Fran already asked my question number 1

The consistency of getting in the pool at the very least 3 times per week. During the summer that for me became 5 days a week and this is when I saw the biggest improvements. For the bike it has to be the turbo sessions with intervals and the hill repeats in Spring. The run, well I have only seen glimpses of improvements over the last 2 years and oddly enough they have coincided with consistency, getting out on my feet at least 4 times a week

Two things: I've learned that consistency is the key and reflecting on a race/season to pick out your weakness and working on that are the most important things to improve.

Fav race this year: Caroline Kearney because I paced it well, unlike other olympic races this year. The course suited me also and I just left very satisfied.

Least fav: Brian Boru for sure. Awful day, never saw rain like it! Narrow, bendy, fast decent on bad surface with crap carbon brake pads. First time I didn't enjoy a race.

    1. Do you think you have over raced in the past and if so do you feel this has impacted on your performances.
    2. Favourite race you have done so far and why.
    3. What do you think has been your biggest achievement to date in tri.
    4. How do you feel the coach this year will bring on improvements.
    5. How many seconds can you down a pint of Guinness in again:)

    1. I don't think I have ever over raced but I have raced when I should have been training. This year when doing my first HIM I did 3 races 3 weekends in row and while there was still 3 weeks between the HIM and the last of those 3 races I had already lost out. Instead I should have been doing HIM specific stuff like 70k+ bike followed by a HIM paced run of 30 min or so.

My best performances have actually come when I've raced in blocks like that, 2/3 races in 3 weeks or closely grouped together - a peak phase I suppose.

    2. Probably the World ITU Age Group Champs in Budapest last year. The course suited me very much and just the sense of occasion and great support the Irish team got. Running over the Chain Bridge (over 200 years old) added to the whole event. I had less than ideal prep for that and yet I had my best race of the year.

Close seconds are my first and my first podium in Galway this year - just the great feeling I had for the reminder of those days.

    3. I did Kilkee in my first year - 2009 and once the course had chewed me up and spat me out 3 hours and 10 minutes later I vowed to come back the next year and take 20 min off my time. So in 2010 I made it one of my A races and trained for the course. I took 40 minutes off finishing in 2:30. 2009 I was 450th out of 580 and 2010 68th out of 540. Seriously satisfying and just shows what one can do if you really try hard and plan appropriately :)

    4. I don't know specifically, I just feel I needed someone to marry together the 3 disciplines for me, keep me on track for my A goals and help me set objectives that will help me towards my A goals. I really want to move up a level or two in the next 18 months or so.

    5. 2 seconds flat ;)

I'm enjoying these threads and the Q and A they throw up.
My question are all to do with where you started and where you are now. I know you still want to (and will no doubt) improve but I would be more than happy just to get to your level!

    1. How did you get into doing triathlons and what sporting background do you have?

    2. Can you compare your performance in you first tri to where you are now?

    3. What do you consider your weakest of the three disciplines and what efforts have you put into improving it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,131 ✭✭✭Bambaata

    5. 2 seconds flat ;)

I witnessed this first hand and can vouch for it! Adding to the achievement was that it was about 2 or 3am after about 8 hours of drinking!

    Hey El D.

I've just got my Forerunner 305 replaced for 50 quid sterling.
Ring Garmin on +44 870 850 1242 to get an RMA number (and pay the money via credit card).
Post it to the address they give you.

Couple of days later you have a fresh 305. Well, refurbished.

Sorry this is taking me so long to answer but I will get through the questions.

    1. Well, year 5 is to complete my first IM event.
I am very very reluctant to answer the subsequent questions because it's so far off and I always said my first one will be just to complete it in a respectable time. How about this - I will give you the splits for a perfect IM race that someday I hope to do, much like Interested's perfect HIM question.

    Swim: 58 min
    Bike: 4:50
    Run: 3:15
    Trans: 6 min
Total: 9:09, a fast course needed perhaps Roth.

    2. mmmm...I'm not sure, there is a guy in pulse and we are good mates and at the same level, I have come out on top in the last few races so maybe I need a new one for next year. Maybe Ruairi Geraghty seen as he beat me to 2nd in Galway in June or even Tom O Dowd, we'll see.

    3. I'm not sure but great question. I'd allow more discussion on injuries and a thread for selling and buying much like the cycling forum.

    4. Going to do more research on this...keep an eye out for it ;)

    5. I suppose that would be my Olympic PB from Lough Neagh, 2:10 - including a 61 min bike split, my sprint PB from Athy 1:04 would be second and a 2:15 800m from last year 3rd.

    6. I was always a bit of a class clown..while getting done what was needed. :)

    7. Sunday is the most unpredictable day for what I eat :o For breakie it's a break from the usual during week affair and it's hard to resist a few sausages. More often than not though it's home cooked proper dinner at my home or OH's house in Galway, usually involves gravy, stuffing, spuds. My evening can often be rounded off with a pizza  I know crazy but not a true reflection of my diet and the above usually occurs after a Sat night out. This year will be different though and indeed already is (as in starting last Monday )

    8. Ha, this is a good one. My mam always said as a boy I never gave a day of trouble, I think I was over compensating for my rebellious older sister :) No I believe she thinks I'm steady, a bit mad for the sport I do and quite and reflective, a great help around the house, kind, caring etc... If only she knew ;)

Hey Leisha and welcome to the mad house! Looking forward to your log next year ;)

    1. Swim - morning; Bike - Mid-morning/afternoon; Run - Evening

    2. I can honestly say no, if anything I'm a little harder on them. I strive to make them well rounded people :) I must say the sporty kids, the ones I coach are much nicer to me than the others, just more mannerly and stuff.

    3. I don't think so, once I over heard them refer to me in the hall as Gaf which is fine as all the lads at home call me this!

    4. LOL! Funny you should ask that because one of the other teachers over heard a girl say "I woke up the other morning and looked out the window and saw Mr Director running and he was in lyrca and stuff! Thought I was still asleep" :)

    5. Gomez all the way!

    6. Galway...FOREVER.

    7. Soccer, football, basketball, some athletics 100/200m especially.

    8. My smelly vibrams, getting out of bed at 5:15 and waking her....sometimes, just sometimes being on the lap in the evening :)

    1. Well in the world. This one :)http://www.lagunaphukettriathlon.com/ some day

    2. Monster Munch yum yum

    3. In Irish sport? Mmmm a lot of scope there. I suppose it would apply to the many many young kids playing GAA and being coached by well meaning but unqualified coaches. There is no sense to their training methods only to run the crap out of them. Then the promising kids get flogged, playing u-16, minor, u-21, senior, school or college. I mean they could easily be playing for 4 GAA teams and then some soccer, with no co-ordination between coaches of the various teams to make sure he/she isn't being over trained. All to often a talented young sports person is burnt out and uninterested in any sport by 22, 23 and thats it, they give it all up. So I guess if I could change one thing it'd be that-lets nurture our young talent.

    1. A friend of mine used to do them while we were in college. I remember him getting buses to all parts of the country with his bike in the under part of the bus. No wet suits those days and only about 30-50 athletes. I always said that one day I would do them. I got fed up of team sports and being let down by others not turning up for training. I wanted some success and always thought "if only I had to rely on myself..." Finally 2.5 years ago I decided to do something about it. My friends stories always interested me great so I said why not? First learn to swim so I started in Oct 2008 and did my first sprint the following May and loved it! I was only 4 mins behind my mate and the next year I was beating him :)

    2. Ya for sure - I am much faster now at all 3 disciplines :) I remember after my first season I asked here on boards "How much can one improve?" http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055645249 I still cringe looking back at that but it was a very important first positive step and really helped.

    3. Running. I have found out that if I want to go faster I must do 3 things (a) Lose more weight (b) run more often and more miles and (c) strengthen my calfs and hamstrings. That and have a coach with know how help me.

Good man El D. A few for starters :D

    1. For someone that trains very hard and is passionate about training and racing, how can you be so disorganised come early season race days - forgetting kit, etc?
    2. For your IM splits, which split do you think will be the hardest to achieve?
    3. How fast do you think you'll need to be able to run a 5k or 10k in the coming seasons to hit your goals?
    4. Is there any part of training that you dislike - particular types of sessions or anything?
    5. Do you use your vibrams for running or just casual wear? If you do, what are you thoughts on them and minimalist running?
    6. What do you feel has helped bring on your swim most - I know you said consistancy and I know that's key but do you think the coached sessions a couple of times a week have been the key thing or something else?
    7. Any regrets that you didn't stop playing soccer sooner and focus more on tri?
    8. Words of advice to a newbie triathlete that might be lurking on here?
    9. Hottest lady on the circuit?

    Interesting choice in nemesis
    Excellent bike choice!

    1. Ya that did hallen in my first two races this season and I think it was completely down to the fact that I hadn't raced since the Sept before and there gone through the packing routine. Those races kinda krept up on me, I was very much pre-occupied with training.

    2. For my dream, ideal world, 5-10 years away IM splits??rolleyes.gif Well I guess looking at it at the moment it has to be the run split for sure, but who knows in a few years time.

    3. My next major goal isn't until 2013 really, next season will be a stepping stone but I would hope that by this time next year I have a sub 18:00 5k and sub 37 10k and then by summer 2013 I want to be very close to 17:30 5k and sub 36 10k. But look, thats just plucking numbers really, I just need to get on with it and see what I can do.

    4. My long run for sure! Although last weeks one I enjoyed (only an hour though). Thats all really the LSR/LER.

    5. Just casual for now until I build strength into those weak calfs of mine. I believe in the principal of barefoot running, I think with all the cusioning we get it has left my ankle/achilles weak. Thorefore walking/running around barefoot would mean I am balancing all the time-micro balances if you will, which in turn strengthens the area in question. I feel it also promotes landing further forward on the ball of your foot. Therefore being light on your feet and as I said before strong calfs are key.

    6. Having a coach on deck who cares is key - I get instant feedback and tips. Also being the slowest person in the pool keeps pushing me too. I find the drills I did during the summer helped greatly too.

    7. Yes. I wish I had taken it up 10 years ago! But in saying that I made the Irish school boys basketball team and the R&D soccer team and I don't regret those things! Also I still have my peak to look forward to

    8. Get swim lessons now and practice what you learn twice a week. Join a cycle group and ask plenty of questions. Join a club/running group. Enjoy what you are doing and build milage in all 3 disciplines. Research online and read too.

    9. the ITO circuit? After careful consideration it's still Yulia Supanova (other surname now I think). The Irish circuit....you tell me ;)

Sorry for short answer to 7 and 8 in particular, I had much more detailed answer but as I said above....

Wrecked and past my bed time, in the pool early so will get to the rest tomoorow :)

How early do you regularly go to bed and get up?
Is it true that you're so fast that you can make it from the light switch to the bed before the light goes out?:D
    4) Sprint. I love the hurt of that distance. Being constantly on the red line and then going into the red for the second half of the run to the end. Just love the all out stuff.

Re being constantly on the red line - have you ever 'crashed' in order to find your true limit / red line territory and do you need to reassess that territory regularly? As the song says do you have to go there to come back? Do you only really red line in races or do you have to do it in key training sessions? What do you say to yourself to hold that level?
How did you do this  :)? Was it a real 'little training' versus 'lots of training' scenario and were there any particular key sessions you would credit the bulk of the improvment?

What's your worst junk food vice?

I'm usually in bed for 9:30 and up at 5:10 Mon/Weds/Fri and 6:00 Tues/Thurs. It's a sleep in then on Sat till 7 :) I wish I could say the rumour is false and hearsay but....it's not!

Re red lining: I did it once in a half marathon with 6 miles still left  I had to sit in a ditch for 10 mins (I think) then walk for another 10 before getting going again. I haven't gone that far since. I just know by feel where I can be and stay without going over the line. To stay there during a race, concentrating on breathing and syncing my cadence with it. This creates a rhythm and soon you forget that you are hurting.

Re Kilkee: it was definitely more volume in training especially on the bike but it was really about training specifically fir the Kilkee course. So I introduced hill repeats on both the bike and run. I did some sea swims also. But more volume in all 3 was key for sure. Also being determined that it wouldn't get the better of me again.

Nice one Interested - Once a "running" poster is nominated that will be the end of the triathlete interviews, so we will enjoy our day in the sun.

    1. What is your opinion on the lack of qualified maths teachers in Ireland?
    2. Are you qualified? :D
    3. Do you teach another subject (I would think you would make an exceptional religion teacher - I SAYYYY GIVE ME AN AMENNNNN - you keep a very introspective and positive log)
    4. Have you noticed more awareness from your students about triathlon
    5. Are you going to upgrade the Trinity this year?
    6. Which discipline would you like to be best at?
    7. Favorite box set?

    Hey CW.

    1. I honestly believe this problem is quite literally 'dying out'. You may have gotten away with that years ago and therefore there are still a few left in the system with permanent jobs-there ain't much that one can do about that really. I know these days that even if you have your teaching qualification (H-Dip) the Teaching Council Of Ire will not recognise you as a Maths teacher unless you have at least a Maths degree.

    2. I am :) Infact I'm thinking of going back to Master that sh!t up to the MAX ;) (not for at least 2 years though)

    3. Thanks re the log comment. I try to keep a good healthy balance of positive people, with positive energy around me, life can be a depressing enough place at times. I feel negative people can bring you down with them. I mentioned a balance - so the balance is positive people - realistic people, thats important too and so I've recently made an addition to the realistic side of the equation ;) I like this quote - "..be responsible for the energy you bring into this room." - Taken from the background of The US Office show.

My other subjects are Science to JC level and Physics to LC level, although as of yet I haven't had a Physics class which is cool as I lean towards the Mathematical side of things anyway. I also teach ICT to first years and TY's.

    4. I have not. Although there are two students that are in my swim squad and I just approached them out of a matter of interest, and also because I would so have loved to have been introduced to the world of multisport at their age. Both of them are very very keen to give it a go. I was considering bringing them the Talent ID day but their times just fall short for this year really, so talking to the swim coach (he is very sportive of this and has even identified another) we are going to try and get them to that level for next year. So come Jan we might do some sessions just to introduce them to it and then an aquathon or duathlon or two perhaps in the summer (note to self chat to interest re this).

    5. That bike has served me well and I've done some great splits on it. However it feels very heavy and I would love a carbon framed one. Alas I cannot afford it, plus beside I am not going long for a while yet it will do. Plan is maybe next year, definitely the year after. I will upgrade little things like the saddle (done already actually), the pedals and maybe the tri-bars with a view to buying a frame sometime and putting these items on that.

    6. I kind of look at triathlon as one big discipline so I'd like to be equi-competent at all 3! But if I had to pick one, right now it would have to be running. Bike is my fav and best but I want to see big improvements on my run.

    7. I have loads but two stand above all others: The Sopranos/The Wire - WOW.

I'm just happy to see that English isn't a subject you teach. You're spelling is cat! :D

How many hours a week do you typically train in the lead up to an A race?
What type of taper works best for you or do you know?
Do you think your training volume will go up this season with the coach on board?
    Is your OH sporty?
If you played BBall to national squad level, why did you stop?
What position did you play in BBall?
Do you see yourself coaching in a few years time?
What's your favourite place to train in each of the 3 disciplines?

Good call on the Sopranos!

Ha! I know, I know - doesn't help when you have to speed type or indeed have an unofficial diagnosis of mild dyslexia!

    1. In the lead up to an A race I keep (have kept) it simple, keeping the frequency of sessions but lessening the duration. I try to have a race pace effort 3 days before, rest day 2 days and a short easy brick with some bursts the day before. So I guess typically between 8-10 hours.

    2. I'm not 100% sure. This years taper didn't really work whereas last years did, twice! I feel I am better off clustering A races, so having 2/3 weeks of peaking and racing. No point peaking if you don't race and you definitely can peak for 3 weeks and 2/3 races depending on whether they are oly/sprint. So I think going forward a 2 - 3 taper, depending on how training has gone, then a 2/3 week peak phase with 2/3 A races (prob 2 just to be safe). Completely different sceal for IM and HIM.

    3. I honestly don't know. If I can get my achilles sorted I am sure my running volume will. For sprint and oly distance I don't think I need to increase volume much more, just get better quality and better return for my (time) investment.

    4. If shopping is a sport! :D

    5. I had 3 training sessions with the team and then tore my cruciate ligament :( That was a year out, then time to try and get back into it, then college, then discovered drink and I never got back into it. At the time NUIG's basketball team was a joke too - another excuse for drinking, these days they are really big into it.

    6. For my school team - centre/forward and the North West/Ire team guard.

    7. Coaching? Yes, but not for a good while and not if it took too much time from my own training. I think I'd enjoy it.

    8. Good question.

Swimming Indoor - NAC; OW - The place in Gran Caneria we swam earlier this year and in Ire Galway Bay

Cycling Gran Caneria and in Ire Donegal

    Running Around home :)

I'd give anything to play properly again :( I mostly played PG and marked the best scorers in the opposition out of the game. Long comeback from a knee injury at 14 ruined my dreams. Well, that and I stopped growing when I hit 5' 2''

Fast game, end to end. Went back to play a few games a couple of years ago and training was TOUGH, don't know how I ever did all that sprinting, I was in the middle of marathon training and fit as a fiddle but all that speed.

    El D,

Good to see you on the podium (hopefully you'll be there in races next year also)

What is your target for 2012? National Series or key selected races?
What is your nutrition like for early morning swim sessions?
You have made massive leaps in swimming in the last year, what would be your one tip for someone trying to make the same leap?
What was the main reason you decided to take on a coach?
If there is a clash in advice between your tri coach and run coach, how will you resolve?
Do you feel you over trained last year?
Do you carefully manage your calorie intake during the week? (Aware you are inclined to let loose at the weekend) :D
Any plans to embark on a warm weather training camp next year?
How do you balance social life with all the training?
OH ever say enough is enough?
You can have one and only one motivation mantra, what is it to be?

    Cheers,

    NT

    Hi NT,

    1. Next season will be a weird one for me really. The aim will be to become as fast as possible in sprint/olympic. This means finally actively working on transitions, experimenting and getting race smart and finding out what works best. So that will mean picking races to peak at so I will do that and I will be picking NS races as they are of a high standard. I really have an eye on 2013 tbh ;) More on that another time.

    2. Half a banana before, the other half after - thats it. During the session 750ml high 5 zero

    3. It's boring response I know and I've said it before but it has to be consistency. During the summer I got in the pool 5 times per week, two of those sessions were easy and focused on drills and sprint stuff as well as race specific stuff like the start of a race. I still have a long way to go to be competing with the likes of MCOS though!

    4. It made sense. Every time I reflected on an A race and at the seasons end it was just screaming out at me "GET A COACH" I needed direction, had I not done it I would have just made the same mistakes all over again.

    5. Easy, tri coach makes the final call. My run coach is a running purest and cranky enough but I have loads of respect for him, he knows his stuff. At the end of the day he does not care about my multisport ambitions whereas that is my coach's job.

    6. Definitely not. If I did I wouldn't feel so good/fresh now. I didn't train appropriately for my two A race though however.

    7. Not really, I just find it easier to plan my meals with the routine that a job gives you. At the weekend I am kind of at the mercy of the mammies in my life. I am going to take control of that though for sure. My diet has been cleaned up greatly over the last few weeks but I need to do even more now. I am employing the DQS system as of tomorrow (from "Racing Weight" by Matt Fitzgerald)

    8. Ya I'd love too. Train, eat, sleep, totally uninterrupted, it was great. Also just the sun on your back and nice smooth roads just did the heart and mind good. If I can't go abroad I will base myself in Donegal or Kerry or somewherre for a week, either way I plan to get away so I can concentrate on tri. It also gave me time to catch up on reading and some DVD's too :)

    9. Well I don't find it a problem really. Can't afford to be going out every weekend anyway. Myself and the OH make sure we have one Sat night every month to get get out, we still go the the cinema and shopping etc... IT really isn't a problem and if I'm at home I might go for a quiet one or two and still be ok to train the next day.

    10. Never! She really is the best. I need her, I really do. It actually affects my performance if I think she is unhappy about anything and that rarely ever happens. She thinks tri is cool and loves just looking at the bikes (and Gomez ) She always reads/flicks through any mags I may have lying around. She well clued into the sport and likes coming to the races. I am a lucky El D :)

    11. When I'm really in the zone on the bike I keep repeating "pump legs, pump legs, pump legs" Very simple but very effective for me - thats the thing about a mantra it has to be your own. For running and swimming it's not even words but my breathing! Hard to explain this one really but I find a rhythm and it feels like repeating words, like I said hard to explain and even my bike one isn't all that inspiring - but to me it des the trick ;)

    Hey El D.

I've just got my Forerunner 305 replaced for 50 quid sterling.
Ring Garmin on +44 870 850 1242 to get an RMA number (and pay the money via credit card).
Post it to the address they give you.

Couple of days later you have a fresh 305. Well, refurbished.

Hey dude, thanks for the heads up on this one. Unfortunately the price for replacement is gone up £85 (sterling) one could pick up a new one for that.

So it looks like I might make the update to the 910tx, looks like a savage piece of kit. The swimming function itself seems very promising and DC Rainmaker's review is very positive. So, so long as I'm a good boy and get onto 3/4 people in my life - I know what I'll be asking for for christmas :) Thanks again anyway man.

Disaster! I literally ordered it the day before I put that post up. Very unlucky. To be honest I have my eye on the 910 myself. I can have a charged up 305 as backup in case disaster strikes when I'm using the 910. Have you ever cancelled a run because your Garmin was out of battery?! Not a good way to be.

I honestly can say I have not....but thats not to say I cancelled runs in the past for even sillier reasons ;) Put thats a thing of the past now!
