    Hi Boardies,

thought you might be able to help. Think it's the right forum too. I don't have a posh camera, it's a Casio Exilim.
My problem is that it has always worked perfect until yesterday, I turned it on(it had battery) and it's lens came out as normal, but the camera just powered off leaving the lens stuck out.

I thought that I may have left the camera on draining the battery, but after try to charge it a few times, the charger is lighting up as normal then powering off in 5mins times.

The camera now wont turn on whatsoever, lens is stuck out, and the battery wont seem to charge.

Can anyone shed any light onto how to fix this problem?

    Cheers :)

Hi.Was scanning through the threads for help when I came across yours.A friend of mine gave me his Exilim S10 the other day to see if I could do anything with it.He got it in the states a couple of years ago and not long afterwards it simply wouldnt turn on.Sad to say he left it to one side and forgot the matter? The battery seems fine-I charged it up till the charging lamp went out about 90 mins later. No luck though-dead as a dodo.He claims it was never dropped, got wet etc, etc.Dunno, maybe an odd couple??Check if your warranty still applies.
