    Hey all...

Looking to buy a '05 onwards 1.6 or 1.8 petrol Focus in the next few weeks....(depending on the outcome of this question:D)

Were they ever fitted with a dark interior?

Cause the be honest, the most common light grey looks rotten! Seems to be only the ST and RS that had decent interior design!:(

Well all I ever seem to see in them is dark colours anyway.

That would in fact be my biggest criticism of Ford's - the interiors are always bloody dreary.

A Ghia spec has the darkest seats.

    I always liked the Ghia.

    Soft seats FTW

Strange...I can only track down the light grey...which I really dislike! Coming from a charcoal grey so I suppose they're all going to look odd for a while!

    I'd count that as dark.

    It certainly is dreary anyway.

I think your missing the point...I want it darker. Regardless of some people thinking it's dreary:p I just like a black interior.

id agree tbh, take the 04+ mazda 3 for example. the comfort model has nasty light grey seats, dash etc and the touring has a much nicer black set up, makes it much classier looking imo and a big difference for the exact same car.

It's all to do with preference but imo the darker colours look nicer, whatever about being dull! Not like we're gonna find a cream leather in a Focus!:p
