100mb Thompson Router Problem

I have UPC 100mb for the last two months without any major problems that is until I got a new laptop at the weekend. Basically whenever I turn my new laptop on the router resets itself which is annoying as I have my tv, the ps3 (wired) and an older laptop connected to the router. Any ideas on what could be causing this, or…

Any ideas on what could be causing this, or it there a setting I have to change in the router itself? I didnt start soing this until Sunday, got the laptop on Saturday, could it be a virus? I nstalled the mega manager for mega upload on sunday also.

Any help would be appreciated..
