AA Trainee Call Centre Inteview

    Hi Folks, Ive just been called to do a Interview this week for the AA as a Trainee Customer Service Representive.

    The Girl on the said it will be a group Interview, Along with Meeting the Manager.

    Has any one ever gone through this process with the AA, and if so what is it like.The Role starts on Monday the 24th.

    There'll probably be about 10-12 of ye in the room, ye'll be given a group task to complete, probably something about ranking careers in terms of their worthlyness. A manager will probably drop in at some point during this.

    After that ye'll be split up individually and given an assessment to do. If you get past that stage you'll go for an interview with that same manager and somebody from HR.

    Be warned, customer care is a ####***## to work though...

    Cheers mate.Never done a Group Interview.Any tips for them.

    Have you worked for the AA before.

    Work there at the moment, don't particularly enjoy it so each evening is spent on the job sites ;)

    Basically you'd just need to stand out from the crowd slightly, full suit etc, seem semi competant. Try to lead the discussion or if you can sense it going out of control, try to regain control of it.

    Got Called for another Interview next week, after getting through the Group Assesment and Apitude test. Ive a interview with the AA's Sale Manager.

    Any hints or Tips please would be greatly appreciated.
