    Hey all
was wondering if I could get some diet advise off the members of this fine forum. I am a 26 year old male, 5'10" 76kgs. Not overweight but not as trim as I'd like to be!! I'm a regular gym user (twice a week), doing a lot of cardio and then I use all the weight machines. Not a big fan of free weights to be honest!! I have fairly thin arms so building them a bit would be a priority aswell as maintaining the gut!

But basically through this, I am just about keeping my head above water. not putting on weight but not exactly getting the beach bod either. So I reckon a change to my diet would help. and thats where you come in!!

Any advise on what I should be eating?

I'm not an unhealthy eater but I'm no saint either. chocolate and crisps would be a rarity but a nice pizza, chinese takeaway or trip to a nice restaurant would not be frowned upon.

My general daily diet would be:
    Breakfast
2 poached eggs and 1 slice toast

    Lunch:
could be anything from a sandwich to last nights leftover dinner. The days that I'm in college (4 days a week) would be fairly unhealthy due to the gick that they serve in the cafeteria.

    Dinner:
Normal household dinner....eg spag bol, curry, etc etc. Always homemade by myself, never any of the tv ready meal stuff. The odd frozen pizza.

    Drink of choice:
    Heineken or Bulmers

Now I still want to live a normal life with the diet and not become my own worst enemy because I cant do what everyone else is doing but I think a bit of a clean up of the diet is in order.

so.....what should I be eating? What should I not eat?? What do you eat???

Any replies are much appreciated!! Thanks in advance
