Squealing noise coming from air vent??

In the past 5 or 6 weeks I've noticed a squealing noise coming from drivers side air-vent direction. Comes on immediately on start up. Noise goes away once car is driven but becomes noticeable when car is at idle. Timing belt was replaced 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions on what the source of this noise is? car is a 1.8 diesel…
