Local Ad for Saorview "Digital" Aerial

    Just saw this flyer in my local shopping centre.
    I've cropped it to show the "Saorview Digital Aerial Installed & Boxes Available"

    Aren't they breaking the rules on the use of the "Saorview" name?

    This just seems so stupid to me when a saying it as "Aerial Installation & Saorview approved Boxes Available" would probably make more sense, and probably not break the rules on the use of the name.

    Quite apart from the Saorview name & logo issue, the "digital aerial" offer is also very dishonest, or at best misinformed. Some people are going to be cheated over the next year.
    There is no such thing as a "digital aerial".

    and there is no such thing as an analogue aerial either. its a play on words, same happened in uk.

    Don't I know it? I was living in Lisburn when OnDigital first appeared.
    I just used my existing aerial, told chancy installers to clear off, my digital tv was just fine.
