Microwave Problem

I have a Bosch HMT75M661B built-in microwave. Last night there was a constant hum from the unit and sporadically the carousel would start turning itself. I also noticed that the plate in the microwave was hot. I plugged the unit out of the wall. Is this behaviour symptematic of any known problems?
