I think you can pick them up from 8 am onwards from the Apple Belfast Store: Apple Belfast

the Pre-Order to pick up ones are sold out. Only ones left are the stock that will be posted on the 14th.

There was never an option for store pick up this year.

My apolagies, so order the 7th and they will be shipped on the 14th.
pretty quick turn around depending on when they will be received by customers. Anybody know anybody that pre-ordered in the UK?

If they were in the first batch of pre orders, now it's listing 1-2 weeks.

They are sim free.







I'm might be in Belfast on the 15th, was going to pop in to the store and see if they still have any for sale. Not fancying my chances.

So will there be 4s's available next Friday to the public, or was there pre-orders/reservations like last year? Just a bit confused about the whole thing

It says on the Apple UK site, 4S available on the 14th in store from 8am. First come first served.

When the 4 came out it was first come first served but they let in 2 people with reservations for every one without.

This time there are no store reservation it seems so its probably one big queue.

They all have to sign contracts so it takes forever. I wanted a sim free one but still had to queue behind the contract reservations. Incredibly bad system :eek:

How did youse get on getting the iPhone 4s'? Apparently theyve been out of stock since 4PM friday?? Was thinking of heading up on eighter tuesday morning or thursday evening to grab one? Hopefully they come back into stock?? The unlocked iphones deffonly work in the republic right???

there was another thread on the Belfast launch, basically they sold out on Friday. Before you go up on Tuesday, ring first to confirm stock levels.

Also, yes 100%, they will wrk anywhere in the world with any GSM sim in the world. I had mine running Irish sims, UK sims and also Turkish Sims

I am going to Belfast tomorrow and will check on this - possibly even pick one up myself!
