Sunday training in Dublin

I'm going to have a few hours to kill on a Sunday up in Dublin for the time being, was wondering if there are training sessions/free mat sessions on? MMA, Jitz, or Thai, not too bothered. I'm going to post this in both forums but if Mods think I'm taking up too much space, feel free to move :)
