Installing Second Sky Box without Multiroom

    Hi guys,

I have a second sky box (white sky + box) gathering dust in the attic. I want to see if I can do anything with it in terms of multiroom WITHOUT getting the sky sub.

I appreciate that I won't get the full range of channels but I would just like to weigh all my options up.

My current setup is a sky + HD box in the living room. This box also outputs back up to the attic to a distribution box which can feed all rooms.
I have a tv in the bedroom with a magic eye taking the feed from the distribution box.
So with my current setup I can get all channels as per my subscription however everybody has to watch the same thing.

If i was to consider installing the second sky box in the bedroom or possible even in the attic what channels & functionality could I hope for? What viewing cards are out there etc

    All info and advice appreciated

Sky sub and card required for any encrypted channels, cannot be used with any other cards.

Separate feed from the dish also required.

To see what free channels are available without the Sky card connect the existing feed from the dish to the box and you'll see what's available.
