I could be wrong on this one, but I am guessing the merchandise handling shop might be a good bet?

They had them in the student union shop in cathal brugha street today so I'm guessing it's the same for everywhere.

I'm detecting some sarcasm in your post. Not really necessary.

Anyway, OP. All the SU shops sell the Hoodies. I haven't seen the t-shirts but i assume they are there.
