those questions arent stupid at all.
theres a big thread about it a few pages back but to sum up:
buy one, jailbreak it, and err you can *cough cough* continue to do what you're doing, just in a different way...but we cant discuss that here.
lets just say that since i got mine, i watch my sky box 25% of the time, and i had to up my broadband allowance from 40 gb to 350gb a month
