I'm sending out a mailer to about 100 addresses.

I inputted each address one at a time. They were all copied and pasted, so all are correct.

However, after about forty address, Outlook stopped automatically underling an address and placing a semi-colon after it.

I ignored this and now when I try to send the email, it's telling me it doesn't recognize these addresses. They're all correct, minus the underline and the semi-colon.

How can I fix it? I'm going nuts!

    Thanks.

    D.

    Sorted!!

I put the missing semi-colon after each name and then Outlook underlined the name.

I was then able to send the email.

    Phew!
